I hope everyone had time to enjoy a lovely meal with their families. I made a special mango chutney for the ham this year and it turned out fantastic. It is surprising how a fusion of simple ingredients such as mango, ginger, jalapeno all come together to make the ham taste outstanding.
I also had some fantastic sparkling cider from Archibald's Orchards. The cider has a clean finish and is quite delicious.
I am sending Reiki energy to my cat tonight as she has been feeling under the weather lately. I will keep you posted as to her progress. I will post some new photos of her soon!
