Daily Stressors

This photo of my spring onions represents some of the challenges one can face while gardening.  These spring onions were previously attacked and eaten to the base by some lovely bunnies.  However, despite the damage inflicted upon the spring onions they still rebounded and are now growing stronger than ever.  Dealing with stressors on a regular basis enables us to become stronger and deal with the more serious issues that occur in our lives.  I find that regular Reiki sessions help to relieve stress and promotes a feeling of well being.
