What does it mean to be mindful and how does this relate to Reiki?  I find that being mindful everyday helps cope with stress.  Meditation is also helpful as well.  One often hears the benefits of living in the moment.  Reiki is a complimentary therapy to varous treatments.  It helps accelerate your healing and stress reduction.  After a one hour session one feels relaxed and calm because during the session you are living in the moment and receiving Reiki energy.

 

Utilizing mindfulness in how we interact with others and our environment is very useful and beneficial to everyone.  We all live in communities and we need to be more mindful of this and to help our neighbours.
