February Reiki and Meditations

The cold weather isn't going away anytime soon.  Now is the time to gather together and enjoy the comforts of winter.  Whether your comfort is a bowl of hot rice pudding or a lovely roast chicken dinner.  Now is the time to relax by the fire.


The cold weather is often when our joints start causing some pain and inflammation.  Reiki is a great treatment to promote healing and to help with pain. 


Meditation is also helpful in calming the mind.  Regular meditation practice is quite helpful.  When learning a new meditation I find it helpful to record your meditation and then play it back when actually meditating.  This is especially helpful for a visualization meditation.  With more practice then, you can stay longer in a meditative state.
