Creating and planting a Reiki Meditation Garden was a challenging prospect this year. It was fun to decide what plants would best look great in the garden. I started planting Lupins, carnations and other plants for cutting. I also focussed on expanding the herbs by adding some new varieties of oregano, rosemary (Arp -a cold hardy one), varigated marjoram, heliotrope-just fantastic smelling, Corsican basil..these are just a few. To promote growth I also gave the garden some reiki as well.. You can utilize your level one reiki skills by giving your garden some reiki-it will definitely help it through our short growing season.
I am grateful that Richter's herbs offers so many varieties of mint. Can't wait to enjoy Mojito mint next weekend!
