Celebrate family this week!  This is time to spend extra time especially as Father's Day just passed.

Make some time for a bbq or reach out to relatives you haven't seen in awhile.  Share a lunch or a day of shopping.  Practice a mindful meditation in a park or by the lake together.  Sit on a bench and just relax.
