October changes

Exploring different paths offers opportunities to practice mindfulness in nature.  Often we hear about mindfulness without knowing what exactly it is.  However, when we go on a walk -and leave our technology behind us and just wander with no particular destination then, we are being mindful.  We also listen to the sounds of nature and enjoy the simple beauty that surrounds us.  Often walking is a great stress reliever and a way to think yourself out of a rut.  When writing is challenging and the words -just aren't there -I go for a walk to clear my mind.  


Take some time before the long weekend to be a bit more mindful.  Book a reiki appointment and let your stress disappear for an hour.
