This has been an incredibly stressful month for me.  Now I am utilizing Reiki on a daily basis to combat stressors!  Daily meditations and Smiling Mind app is very helpful.  Waking up at 5am and trying to fall back asleep often is very difficult but using the Smiling Mind app is very helpful and effective.  Other ways to combat stress are simple things like walking your pets.  This gives you a well needed break and some wonderful exercise for your dog!


Gardening is also a wonderful way to energize you.  Deadheading old flowers/weeding/moving your plants around are all great ways to clear your mind and focus on the moment.  It helps cultivate mindfulness.
