As the new year begins we all face challenges. Dealing with grief has been all encompassing lately. I have been looking for all sorts of solutions to dealing with all this pain.
Practicing reiki and mindful meditations have been useful. Also journalling and sharing your story is beneficial. The more you discuss your grief it helps you uncork some of those bottled up emotions.
I would like to recommend The Grief Recovery Handbook by John James & Russell Friedman. This is proving to be an invaluable tool for myself. I am currently looking for a grief partner as I participate in this program.
