Coping with Social Distancing

As we deal with COVID-19 and handle the protocols to reduce the transmission of the pandemic we find ourselves a bit isolated.

However, rather than focus on all the limitations posed by COVID-19 we should focus on how our communities of kindness are  helping those who are confined to their homes.  Reaching out to neighbours to buy some groceries, picking up the telephone not to text but to actually speak to someone helps with these feelings of isolation.  Now more than ever we need to practice mindfulness, meditation, yoga, reiki and being kind.    It is a time to go on walks in your neighbourhood, walk the dog and perhaps start your spring cleaning..
