Distance Reiki is a great way to send reiki energy using your distance symbols to people who live far away. I often use it if I know someone is ill and having a difficult day. People will receive the reiki when they need it. Practice is essential to strengthen your reiki skills and especially for distance reiki. This is a great addition for a reiki practitioner.
