When trying to do everything we often forget to take time for ourselves to unwind and relax. Finding ways to beat the holiday blues and stress can often be difficult. Sometimes we find it stressful during this season as we often feel pressured to be happy and joyful. However, to cope with the holiday stressors try and take some 'me' time. Whether you book a reiki session...meditate..go on a walking 'mindfulness' exercise...or immerse yourself in some soothing music...make time for yourself....

Finding ways to reduce stress can often be challenging these days. Trying to relax often results in finding the opposite results. Laughter is a great stress reliever. It is spontaneous and releases tension from your body. Make a point of watching a comedy or a funny video and let the stress leave your body. Laughter pushes your thoughts into the present and you enjoy the moment.
